So today I have worked on identifying my thoughts, feelings and hunger. It is 4:12 pm and I just got home from shopping. On the way and before leaving the shopping center I was tired and thirsty so I thought about stopping for food. Thing is I was not hungry so decided to get home, have some water and rest.
106,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 39,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
