Im not hating on this, just looks hilarious. You do you if that what you prefer for your own body, i personally have never been fond of huge muscles they look sickening and disgusting to me, almost unhealthy. It’s good to be fit and have muscle but there come a point when there is “too much” muscle lol. Good for you for achieving your desired goal. Always best to feel happy in your own body rather what other people think.

I'm not sure you have too much!! I wonder what Cheza meant? Gross and disgusting or just one or the other? I may have put a word or two in there....English is my first language though...so....can we say anathema physiology yet?

One of the best 'golden nuggets' on this site...anathema physiology...trust me.....still no idea what they or someone meant....it takes a village

This is funnier as the day goes by. In true FS fashion you have someone saying congrats on meeting your goals. 🤣

I wasnt trying to make you feel bad, my mother did body building with many extreme contest type of body builders, so as growing up it just wasn't something i personally found attractive. Im aomeone who prefers to be healthy without putting everything into trying to be healthy since i also think that working out too much can result in negative outcomes, one being consuming your life and the other you kind. Because too much exercise and mucle development releases endorphins and chemicals which are extremely addictive, becoming more of a drug addiction, not being able to live without it, and eventually it could ruin what you love most. I have seen it take over people and it saf that something that should be healthy and help you live longer, something that should help you develop your brain and use it more efficiently, can cause such a problem. Too much of anything is bad. It is knowing when whatever that something is becomes too much. Like i said. If your happy with your results. Ghats great. But you should always keep in mind of other things in the world that ate important and not let one aspect of life consume oneself.
