gooooooooood sunday morning...just got back from a morning bike ride around town..moved my riding time back an hour...just been so hard to get up an out the door at 5am...an it seems like its stayin darker longer in the mornings...so decided this morning to just push it back an hour...hate to go then cause theres more traffic...but ...i will get use to it an i wear a jacket that reflects, so people will see me...and i get an extra hour of sleep...which was part of my gettin up so early as well..some days 8 hours just doesnt seem to be enough sleep ...so...im up an movin ..an ready to get the rest of the day on schedule again...lol...have a greattttttt day...and keeepppppp movin...

Good for you. I am glad to see you still here. I am back after a long time not focusing on weight. I think I am finally ready to do this. Got the diet shakes out, ready to journal and starting on the Wii.

Hi ranchwoman - I see you're friends with the SBD crowd - welcome back - I remember reading your posts in the past. Don't leave us and stick with it and you'll see success! Loosin' - you are so dedicated with the bike riding it's amazing. Yes, we are losing a minute of light in the morning and evening too approximately depending on where your location is in the contiguous 48 states. Alaska loses time quickly when they do and gain it fast in the spring too I heard. Loosin' - maybe get a light that glows for the front of the bike and even the back just to be safe on those early morning rides. We want you to always be safe out there and it would be a good investment. Some mornings might be foggier than you might realize and those times when the sun is rising or just setting can be difficult for drivers to see bikes, pedestrians, other vehicles, etc. I admire your dedication riding every day, I hope to get some type of exercise in once my back is in working order as good as yours is! :)

welcome back ranchwoman...sometimes getting away from it all is good ...gives you time to refocus an get your head on straight again an see where and what you want to accomplish...once again...welcome back...
