Feeling a little discouraged, can't seem to get in the mood to follow my plan better. I am going to do take off tomorrow with the cantelopes so hopefully that will get me back on track. Cheated quite a bit with the baked doritoes and now feel pretty bad about it. Got to get back on track. Does anyone know if you eat a whole cantelope per day with the Takeoff or eat 1/2 each day????

Good for you for getting back on plan!-i was feeling the same way. I do take-off w/3 oranges a day-sorry I don't know about the cantaloupe. Good luck:)

On takeoff, you can have two bars and no fruit at all per day for 2 days. On fast forward, you can have 1/2 cantaloupe a day for 2 days.

1/2 cantaloupe per day, divided into four servings. I did Luna bars for the first time. Have not cheated so far, seems to help my cravings a bit. Craving protein mostly and may have some extra before I go to bed. Second day is usually way better for me on take off cravings and hunger wise......

ok so how exactly does fast forward work? How much protien? Still unlimited green veggies?
