Day 2 of Thomas DeLauer Keto Challenge. Didn't sleep well laet night. Didn't get up til 11am. Felt light headed and clammy. Ate recommended breakfast same as yesterday and felt better afterwards. Had lunch at around 3:45--a little over 4 hours between. Again i ate recommended lunch. Anyone else out there doing the Keto 30 day challenge?
