Diario de Fat to Fit 88, 16 sep. 19

The last two weeks have been very bad and I have been struggling so much just to get motivated after our holiday, and now I ended up gaining again.

Time to get back on the saddle...
109,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 42,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.

It's a long hard road, isn't it? You read these inspirational stories of people who lost fantastic amounts of weight but what you don't see is how many times they tried before they really stuck to it. It doesn't help that we're hardwired to retain as many calories as possible when the body senses food scarcity. Hang in there.
