Workout #4/81 for September and 2019 on Sat 9-14. Workout #3/80 for September and 2019 on F 9-13. Workout #2/79 for September and 2019 on W 9-11. 3 good workouts in a row, without any pain. Wow. Hips feel good and loose on the following Monday. Saturday workout seemed to be full of endorphins. I literally did have a feeling of well-being. I can see how people do this a lot.
