Think of working out in a sauna and you'll have some idea of what the last few days have been like for me. I think all the heat and sweating finally got to me this AM. Too much stress on my system made me feel weak and light-headed, and this was after I exercised, cooled off, and ate breakfast. Just felt "off" all morning, so I finally popped open a can of broth. It did the trick and I felt like my normal self again. Worth every one of those 2 carbs and then some!
