ok, so I think that I've done pretty well with keto so far but unfortunately I had a mega slip today., boyfriend and I went to a movie followed by dinner out and, well, nobody's perfect so I'll just restart myself tomorrow. In all honesty I guess if I'm going to mess up might as well do it RIGHT lol.
