I have a job interview today!! YAY! Wish me luck!!
I am going to start entering my food into the system again, this time, I am going to count calories. I do have another diet to try, thanks to one of my buddies (you know who you are) (: but I need to get prepared mentally and physically before I can try it. I tried the first day and felt like I was starving shortly after I ate, and had all of my food eaten too early in the day, and felt this urge to snack.. so I blew it. I need to get a little smaller, so that I don't feel I need as much food. But, My goal is to eat 1500 Calories a day for about a month, then drop it by 50 calories each week until I hold steady at 1200. Wish me luck there too!

I set my cell phone to ring off to remind me to eat because if I wait too long, I go crazy and grab the wrong thing. If you decide to do it again, you are allowed as much as you want at each meal and make sure you drink lots of water. Good luck with the interview

See, thats the thing. I drank way more water than I normally do, and I ate until I felt satisfied, but an hour or 2 later, I was starving. I are all my meals by 5pm, and then snacked last night because I was so hungry! I will try it again, and I think I will eat later that I did.. Like drink a huge glass of water when I get up, and wait to eat for an hour or so, then wait the recommended 2 1/2 hours before eating again.
