Diario de jillybean, 03 jul. 08

I still have not gained or lost but I have to admit, I can NOT seem to get back on track. It was almost as if the vacation opened me up to a whole new world of eating or something. I did work out last night for an hour and as late as it is, I'm about to get up and work out for an hour tonight. BUT, this doesnt help that I'm not losing anything. I'm going to the lake in the morning and everytime I'm there, I begin to gain weight :( I am NOT looking forward to this, I'm going to try so hard to eat right this weekend but still, it does not help that I'm stuck RIGHT HERE. My husband said whenever I stood on the scale today "dang babe, you're not doing so good are you?" Yeah, thats real encouraging. I've been so hungry. Well, wish me luck. I HOPE that I can get back on track soon. I'm happy I'm not gaining but I'm very upset that I'm not losing either.

Jillybean when I'm at the lake I try to drink a lot of water (using the excuse it's too hot). It makes it harder to eat as much junk cuz there just isn't room! Don't just sip on a bottle... chug-a-lug at least half a bottle to start, then sip the rest.
