Felt really good today. Ive lost 15# since sunday, so guessing that my body was hanging on to a lot of water due to some food or other I'm not eating right now. (Would also explain the lower blood pressure).
Dr. Says just monitor BP, as long as I feel OK, continue taking BP meds for now.
Craving manageable today, the secret to avoiding the craving is having chix broth for breakfast. (Bone broth)

Wow that is amazing how much you lost on this diet. Yeah there must be something there. It will be intersting to see what it can be. Keep going. It is working so well
