Got my walk in tonight. I've been back for a little while but my cat wanted to play. I still need to log it. I had my wild, carb filled day. I had 5 guys fries and then pizza and garlic knots for dinner. It was pretty dang good but I should be good now for another few months. I tested my ketones 3 hours after I last ate and they were .5, still in ketosis but I just retested and it's 1.7. Weird. Maybe in the morning?? I'm planning a nice little 24 hour fast and may go longer but I will get the 24 hour one in at least.
