Since I'm at the halfway mark with 24 lbs lost, figured I'd make a before and after post.
Before: 202.2 lbs on 6/26/19, 31.5% body fat (estimated)
After: 178.8 lbs on 10/21/19, 22.5% body fat (estimated)
In the after picture I'm wearing my old size 36 pants, boy do they feel huge! Now at a size 32.
1700 kcal daily using FatSecret. Burning between 300 to 600 kcal daily with weight lifting and swimming. Can't do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or cycling until I get a knee meniscus tear resolved from a bad training session Sept 11th...was really depressed for about a day until I realized I could still burn fat by putting a pull buoy between my legs and do the front crawl to swim with just my arms. Now I swim 1000 meters that way, then dry off and go inside for an upper body workout, pull one day then push the next. Where there's a will there's a way!
Still have about 20 lbs to lose to get to 10% body fat. Have come a long way, but still a ways to go.
