Day 7

OK, weighing in tomorrow! It's been a week since I started my diet & exercise progam, so I'm hoping to se a *little* drop! (I'd be happy with 1 lb!

Pilates again tonight, with new weights. My last one's where only 1 lb, the new ones are 3, so we'll see how tired they make me! :)

Do you take your measurements? I am terrified of the scale now because it doesn't change but my measurements do. I hope you weigh in lower! If not, don't be discouraged, just take your measurements and then take them again next time you do a weigh in :)
