I have had an emotionally draining day. But, I managed to stay within my calories, stick with my water intake. So, there's that.

Those are both very GOOD! I notice that you didn't check "This is ALL of what I ate." Were there other things that you didn't record? Even when you have a bad day, and even if you eat things you shouldn't, try to stay faithful on recording everything. I find that ONE thing helps me more than anything else.
