Diario de makparis, 12 ago. 10

Hello to you all today. I hope that all my FS friends are doing well. I know I didn't check in earlier in the week like I'm supposed to, I keep forgetting to weigh-in. I'm out of practice. I have a specific time of day that I do it on Monday's and I've just got to get back in the habit. It's amazing how easy it is to lose the good habits and find the bad.

This has been an average week, I've been good at some moments and bad at others. I struggle mostly at night. It's frustrating, my last meal seems to be when I feel the most snacky so I eat lots of little things. AHHHH! I frustrate myself.

Tonight I'm doing something new, I'm rejoining TOPS. When I was in high school my mom, sister and I all joined TOPS and all lost weight. After my sister died though I stopped going and started gaining. I love FS, but I've come to realize that I would like a community of people I can see and touch in addition to this wonderful online community. So, I decided to go back to a group I'm familiar with and are struggling with the same issues I am. I'll let you all know how that goes.

7 Things I'm Grateful for:
1. My Mom - Everyday she reminds me, through her actions, how blessed am I to have such a wonderful, loving and caring person in my life.
2. Summer - With summer quickly coming to an end, it's easy for me to see how much I'm going to miss it.
3. Romance in a good story - I love mystery because I always want to solve the mystery. I love putting the puzzle of clues together. But, I have to admit that some romance really enhances the story.
4. Quiet - My son has been busy this summer, and has only been home about half the time which has given me so much lovely quiet time. Oh, it's going to be missed once school starts on the 23rd.
5. Cheese - I don't know what it is about this food, but its delicious!
6. Blu-ray player with Netflix - I'm watching so many good movies and TV shows. It's great.
7. 1 Corinthians 13 - I repeat it to myself everyday because it is how I want to be.

I really like the way your Target Weight Goals are set out, I edited my own toay and I love the way you commented on your targets when you achieved them. Think that will work for me, you should be so proud of yoursel
