only cal watching. I have a co worker who does keto religiously. I don't really like watching him eat. grosses me out a little bit.

I dont do Keto. I just calorie counted and slowly integrated walking and light activities until I got to a healthy weight. I continue to eat certain things and watch my weight and that has worked really well for me. I keep slowly changing my meal plan to keep my stomach happy. Best of wishes!!!

I calorie count but avoid grains and dairy...so kind of higher fat, high protein and lower carb.

I'm not doing Keto. I do CICO. It allows me to have a wider choice of foods. Congrats on your success!!!

No keto for me..I do high protien, low carb/fat. My protien is supposed to be 100 grams, carbs around 100, (but should be good carbs) and around 35-40grams of fats. Ive lost around 40 lbs doing this.
