Well I can say I love this diet but its real easy to slip up! But if i lost again this week I will stick to this one for life!till next time-yvvie!

Congrats on the weight loss!!!! It is easy to slip up but keep focused on your goal. When you reach a weight remind yourself you are NEVER going back there! Keep up the GREAT work! :)
