I'm so excited for 164. I'm a while away. 12 lbs. so at least 2 months but I am so excited. That is one pound less than the last time I list a lot of weight on a diet and I just feel like it's a way for me to restore my control over my body. Prove that I control me not my little black voice that freaks out because I'm to skinny to recognize me and I gain 50 lbs. I'm just taking it one day at a time. And when I have a hard time recognizing the person in the mirror I just walk away. Stuff is gonna happen. I'm going to look different. People are going to notice. And I am going to keep getting healthy anyway.
