Monday is here and its all back to business as usual...I'm realizing the problem w/ me eating healthy %100 is the fact that I am constantly in the kitchen. Cooking for my 3 kids and my husband who is no where close to being ready to eat right. The kids eat well, w/ what I cook. So there I am cooking 1 meal for them and then another for me. I'm kinda getting aggitated w/ it cuz i'm spending even more time in the kitchen now....oh well hopefully once phase 2 starts it'll be easier for me. I hope I can lose some weight cuz right now I feel like my pants are tighter not even a quarter of an inch looser....Grrrr! Coffee on Wednesday is a must!!! Can't wait, I hope everyone is doing well on their new eating habbits and exercise ;) *

i know what u mean i go through the same thing. cooking for other family members makes it hard to be 100 percent healthy.. when did u started the diet. i want to start but will love to do it with someone else

I started last Monday. So on Wednesday I hit phase 2. I know there were also a couple more gals in the "Fat Smash" group who just started as well. I love being some good motivation though so lets get started Gods Child :) *
