SAT was beautiful. Had company and shared an awesome 'deli spread.'
Ate like no one was logging....
Holy Sodium 3,369 mg (not like I'm surprised...)
7 g Fiber... oops
1,818 calories totally reasonable.

Followed by Sunday with not much improvements but I will focus on a couple...
Fiber 20g (win)
calories 1,571 (good)
Sodium...... ummm 2,358 mg (silver lining, we go down from here).

Weigh in seemed 'heavy,' assumming lack of fiber and high sodium showing their effects. So Tuesday we will weigh in and stay logging weights again.
