The baby steps are adding up. I'm losing less than 8 pounds a month, but the weight is coming off pretty consistently. I'm healthier, trying to get more exercise. my fasting blood sugars ate staying below 100 even after my doctor cut way back on my diabetes medicine. FS has given me the tools I need to stay on track. Thank you all for youevsupport, and thank you FS!!!
