(4th week) A month without pop! but I dont understand why I'm not losing, I feel like I'm eating better. maybe its time to add work outs again even though I didn't want to till I was at least 300lbs cause of back pain. oh well gotta do what you gotta do for a better lifestyle.
144,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 76,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Maybe try low impact workouts? That’s what I’m doing.

I hear ya! The struggle is real. It’s hard to exercise with my knee and back pain. 😩 I do try to walk at least a few times a week, but even that Is painful. I was hoping it would get better after some weight loss, but I’ve lost almost 40 pounds and it’s not any better. I’m sure I’m still in pain because Even though I’ve lost a good amount of weight, I’m still a whopping 234 pounds. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Right! Lol & I will definitely be trying the low impact workouts especially ones built for women with pcos

Sally, unfortunately I started at 328 lbs and now I’m down to 305. So I definitely know the struggle. But it’s just about small steps and changes.
