Made it through work today without any big food mistakes. So that's a victory. One of the victories was actually helped by fatsecret. I was trying to delay my binge eating and looked at the website, saw some supportive comments and saw what the binge would do to the daily calorie count and stopped. So, a fatsecret success story in the very short term. I haven't been hungry today, surprisingly, so I'm trying to be mindful of that and eat less. I won't go crazy and undereat,though. I'm leaving work, heading home, to plentiful food in unportion sized containers. Dangerous. Let's see how it goes. Ham sandwich seems to be filling for only around 500 calories. Mmmmmm....
