I just went in to buy some asparagus, and this happened 🤣

Peaches & Cream oatmeal, Crunch Berry cereal with marshmallows, Frosted Flakes, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Sugar Cookie Toast Crunch (thank you, Diablo), and Cinnamon Vanilla Lucky Charms!!

No more shopping while hungry...

Yep, it's usually the fat+carbs that tempt people. Carbs alone are not the problem.

I have to admit that I'm not tempted either. I wasn't raised with these type cereals as a child but we did add a little sugar at the table. Now, I don't add granulated sugar at all any more. I prefer to use fruit and berries for sweetness. I also prefer high protein cereals. Right now, I'm enjoying Special K Protein. It's 15 grams of protein per serving...

my weakness in the cereal aisle are cap'n crunch crunch berries and those not so healthy healthy granola and ancient grains cereals.... luckily they no longer have a hold on me...

these do absolutely nothing for me. but grape-nuts with whole milk, or gasp, heavy cream.... I'd rather have the asparagus.

Oh yes Chris go go go, 4K of processed carbs each day, come on you can, you work out so hard and all those studies just confirm that you are a hero, just swallow your 200g protein shake religiously, oke? Papa D and grandfather Ward or whoever said you could stuff yourself as much as you want with the processed shit if you follow the cult properly. Yay 😃 feels good. I am ready to die now, kill me for my sharp tongue.
