I concede that some of this may be due to the fact that I was doing a lot of yard work yesterday and may not have retained as much liquid as I normally might. the scale may reflect this tomorrow. but I think this legit puts me under 300 pounds for the first time in almost a decade. and this makes me happy.
I have a friend that not near as heavy as me who among our friend group I refer to as fat man....ironically. I asked him about his weight the other day, and that I wanted to call him fat man un-ironically. next benchmark: 280lbs.
