Diario de Nqoh-bee, 01 dic. 19

So I'm about down today because I over heard the gym trainers talking about how I actually look older than I am. To make matters worse a few hours later ,someone thought I was my Dads wife. Just imagine! ,This only means I need to push harder. Gym was tough to be honest, I'm really unfit, everything is just so hard. But I won't give up. I can't wait for the day I'm able to run 10 minutes on the treadmill without stopping.

I’m sorry 😐 you had to hear that from trainers... are you short? 66kgs isn’t very heavy. I’m sure you know the bad foods like sugar, refined carbs and processed foods are what we need to avoid when wanting to improve our health and drop some weight. In turn Your skin will definitely improve as well. Same with exercise. It seems to rejuvenate the skin when we sweat it out doing cardio. It doesn’t matter what age we are. No one wants to look older than what they really are. What type of diet will you be following?

That’s really disappointing to hear trainers talk like that. 😔 No matter what anyone says or thinks, you’re doing this for you and that is all that matters. Set small goals and always be proud of yourself no matter what, and we are always here to cheer you on if you feeling down

those trainers should be addressed. if it's at a formal gym then I would complain to the management team. it's attitudes like that that keep so many people from pushing through. Ego doesn't belong in gym. each person has their own story and gym is a place for self healing and self improvement. If you're in Cape Town I have an incredible trainer that I'd be happy to share contact info with. find someone and somewhere that you trust and that nurtures you on your journey ♥️🧡

@tegz1992 Thank you so much ,I Really appreciate it. I won't let them get me down. @Pascoal777 ,yes I'm fairly short- about 157cm on top of that most of my fat accumulates on my theighs, arms and face. I am not following and diet but I am doing intermittent fasting. I'm avoiding processed foods and sugars ,I'm just sticking to nutritious foods and monitoring my calorie intake. @Shereen Donede, The trainer thath was talking about me doesn't even train me ,I just happened to hear him talk about as he probably thought I was far enough to not hear. If I do see him today ,I'll probably adress it with him and tell him how hurtful that was.

Nqoh-Bee, I eat that way too. All natural whole foods. No low carb products and processed crap. The weight and fat will melt off. Just be consistent. You got this❣️ I do intermittent fasting as well. Great tool to have😊
