Diario de loosinisfun, 21 ago. 10

its raining for a change...started at 130 am..an is still raining...grass and plants are dancin in the rain...goood morning everyone...guess its not bike ride again today but i am going to go out an get on the stationary bike an do a 40 min workout on it...better then nothin...after the rain then its suppose to be another hot one again...so will just have to wait an see if it gets to hot to get on the stationary bike again an do any extra workouts...had planned on going for a morning bike ride even with the rain as it was a light rain, but then after looking on the internet an seeing that its also a hard rain mixed in...guess i better play it safe an walk out an get on the stationary bike...weight is still up an i kno what it is ...i just dont kno how to fix it...i kno its water weight...plain and simple...cause my salt intake is in better numbers then it has been...o well...when its time the weight will be down again...hopefully doing a detox today since its raining, will help some...well...im off to get a few things done, then outside to get a morning workout over with...have a great one...

I would think you can counter act that water weight by drinking tons more water and protein drinks help too.... at least for my body they do. Have a wonderful day.

Am anxious for some of your rain to make it here!! Maybe tomorrow evening and Monday...! Keep on keepin' on Mike...you're doing good...excellent on the workouts!! The scales will applaud your efforts soon enough...and yeah...too much salt will have me up three or four pounds in no time at all...I do my best to avoid adding any to my foods...now, fresh garden cukes, I just can't NOT have salt and pepper on them....lol...Have a great Sat night Mike....huggggies

deana garcia...i use to drink a protein shake after my workouts...but i decided that i could eat the same or close to the same amount of protein an feel much fuller..an it be cheaper ... thanks drd...yeah it dont take much salt to hex your routine...and like you i dont use salt, its already added to the food i eat...wish the food industry would get with the healthy lifestyle ....
