TODAY I AM ADDING IN HOME EXERCISING, TO INCLUDE SIT UPS, PUSH UPS, LUNGES ETC USING MY WAVETONE 180 (I CAN NEVER GET PICTURES TO LOAD HERE) AND EXERCISE BANDS.
I AM GOING TO ALSO START USING MY TAPE MEASURE TO MONITOR AND SET GOALS IN ADDITION TO THE SCALE. THE SCALE IS NOT THE ONLY WAY TO MEASURE HOW YOUR DIET IS PROGRESSING OR HOW MUCH BETTER YOU ARE LOOKING :)
