Workouts #4 and 5 of December, #4 for reimbursement, and #115 and #116 for 2019. I went in w lower back pain, so I took it easy on gorilla hops and other jumping. I left without any additional pain, probably felt better, really, because I'd gently warmed up w jump rope.
