Thanks you. its been hard getting weight to go down with such large weight fluctuations, but i think its from being frequently constipated. Been having stomach issues lately and trying to figure out which foods are causing them. Or if there is an underlying health problem. Just hoping and thinking its food for now and moving forward with it. Really want to reach my 145 goal, then maybe worry about finding out exactly what could be causing any digestive issues.
