Havent been on here in awhile. But I finally gained a little weight!

But now working in a Pub so I half expect to lose a little once I get back to forcing myself to eat better. Cant live off carbs and fried foods and expect to not feel like crap lol.

I need to get more exercise in as well, even though I'm on my feet for a pretty consistant 8 hours 5 days a week I think I need a little more intense cardio and some upper body and core workouts to even out my leg strength lol
