Been away with work for a week finally back and at the gym in the morning i started out ok hit the gym and the pool each morning but the little things pushed me off. The real skill is getting back on the wagon so i got up today and I’m at the gym. That’s a good start to the day. Also i have found that there are a few key things that keep me on track meditating at the gym, journaling and eating a big salaried for dinner. I tried experimenting with moving some calories earlier in the day but it doesn’t help it make me more likely to snack in the evening. If i am craving something more then i will stop by the shop on the way home and grab a couple of lean stakes and split the salad with my wife.
