#flashback In the top row are before pics of us. My husband and I have lost 20 lbs each since then. (He’s still in progress.) One of our biggest motivations to lose weight was better family vacation pics. Now, mission is accomplished. 🥳

Thanks, rgaDawg! We’re very happy and proud we got fit, healthy and energetic together at our age. (I’m 39 and my husband’s almost 44.) No going back to old ways for sure!!
