I’m going to try something and see if I can do it and how well it works. I’m going to have two smoothies everyday, one for breakfast and one for lunch. I’ll have a well balanced dinner and two healthy snacks throughout the day. My dinner will consist of a salad, a protein source and a healthy carb. I have been doing really good at drinking between 80-100 oz of water, black coffee and herbal tea. I don’t use sugar or cream so that helps. I’m going to be 46 next month and it’s really important to me that I create a healthier lifestyle. I have even been working out 3x’s a week and sometimes 4 days. Hard work & determination
