Hi everyone, still hanging on in there - I am 7 lbs down in 3 weeks which is good going I know, but the first week I always lose quite a bit - 5 lbs this time, and then 1 lb each week since then. So looks like this is gonna take me some time, but I am in it for the long haul!!
