Keyten my thought is people can have eating disorders like binge eating, anorexia, bulimia, Avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder, etc and still be slim.

Exactly! Some people don’t understand this. It’s all about getting to maintenance and staying there and being healthy about it all. Not just losing weight quickly.

I did the fast weight loss thing a bunch of times and it always came back with additional weight added. This last time has been steady and very sustainable, it’s been a year now I’m at about the same weight and I feel amazing. I’m not as lean as I want to be, but I know that will come with time and dedication (plus my weight doesn’t define my happiness 😉) All the advice in this post is amazing! @keyten I love what you wrote! Very wise words and very true! All you ladies are prime examples of how to lose weight the correct way while maintaining a healthy happy lifestyle! Keep it up, you are all doing amazing and look great!!!
