Diario de Santosvella, 17 abr. 13

Lower back/hip pain has stopped me from training. Slight but persistent left knee pain is a bit worrying. I have been preparing the bike to mix things up from running. Maybe that will help strengthen and someone said lubricate my knee, i don't know about that but i do want to alternate between running and biking.
Going to to the chiropractor on friday, maybe he can help my back.
