My first weigh-in in since starting my diet this year. Five days of dieting.....I've lost 4.5 lbs. Yay me! I am pretty sure the weight loss will pick up a little for next week, now that it has started. And now that I am controlling what I'm eating again, I should start feeling well enough to get a little exercise again.
