Diario de Cimaen, 21 abr. 13

First time back since Dec 12. I put on weight due to relaxing my training & upping my calorie intake. After about 6 months of intense dieting & training I decided to give myself a tap on the back, relax & let my skin catch up.
Last week I re-started my healthy eating regime & turned up my training to level 10. I've started new gym classes;

New Classes..
Kettlercise 3* week
Boxercise 1* wk
Boot Camp 2* wk
Insanity 1* wk

Classes I was already doing..
Gym Circuits 1* wk
Body Pump 1* wk
Spin 1* wk

I also do some cardio & weights in-between on my own too.
