I have lost 38 lbs. I can't believe that at all. The only other time I had positive results with a diet was a couple years ago when I went on "Body For Life" that is an unbelievable diet by the way. Sometimes I worry I will gain the weight back, but then I remember I am way too calorie conscious to gain it back.

I created a challenge that I am very excited about called "The Weightlifters Challenge" I am excited because I haven't been lifting like I used to. I think this is going to get me back into full swing again. I hope lots of people join because it will be a lot of fun. The challenge starts in 12 days.

Congratulations on your success! I noticed the new challenge, and am thinking that's just what I need. I'll have access to a gym in a couple weeks, plus I have some weights in the basement I haven't used. And some resistance bands. Just need the inspiration to use them!

Hey that awesome! As long as you maintain a daily healthy lifestyle of eating properly & exercise, the weight shouldn't come back. You're doing a great job. Keep it up!

You have done a great job in your weight loss journey and you look positively radiant in your photo! Thanks for starting the weight lifting challenge--it has spurred me on to lift three times a week insetead of what I was doing, which was lifting just once or occasionally twice a week and mostly concentrating on cardio.
