GOOOOOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!!...day 430..alarm clock had to wake me up this morning...guess i wasnt in the mood to get up and going yet...but here i am..just got done with breakfast and and my protein shake...now im gettin my water intake in...only 1260 in steps yesterday, but today is a new day, no rain in the forcast and im ready to get to walking again...i did try on them 42s again last night...they do fit all over, just cant quite button them..so close...but i kno its gonna happen sooner or later...so all i can do is my best everyday...and thats what this is all about...doing your best...your changing old habits, and its gonna take time to build new habits an keep in those habits...well...i need to get up an movin again..catch you all later...have a great day..keep that body movin....

addon...did a shorter walk, but hi intensity steps...only 7910 in steps right now..but have several errands to do this morning early and i decided to cut grass again today...get it over with before the weekend...im sure il hit 10000 or so by the time i get it over with today..mabye more...nice an cool outside today..68..was cool for a morning walk for a change...well hope you all have a great day...keep the exercise going an makin the best choices you can on the food front!!!!!

yeap another addon...i got back from my errands and decided the grass was to wet to cut so i went on another walk today...then i came home an cut grass...lol...and now im pooped out...but...i have 18,559 so far today...and its only 2pm....
