Question for those who track: if you eat and then an hour later "lose" your lunch, do you count it or delete it from your tracking? Choline supplement did NOT play nice.

Thanks SMK. My stomach is still crampy and unhappy so that may end up being what I have for the day. I'll leave it in there and go from there.

I think that within an hour, you can guess by the visual state of the revisitation. I'd focus on staying hydrated. Feel better.
