I went to brunch yesterday. I had a few mimosas and a LOT of bread in addition to a huge meal. I knew that I'd likely see an increase on the scale, but HOLY CRAP! I'm taking this as a lesson that cheating is NOT worth it. I'm not going to beat myself up, but this definitely can't happen again.
