Diario de Nqoh-bee, 15 ene. 20

Today I was able to run 20 min on the treadmill without stopping. It's a really big deal to me because 3 minutes- I felt like death is knocking on my chest. It feels so good to be in control , feeding my body with nourishing and nutritious food. My skins glowing. Finally after 2 months a see and feel the changes. Don't quit , yes it's hard ...but not liking yourself is even harder.

Typically with endurance training, once you make it through the first feelings of fatigue a "high" will kick in and power you through the rest 💪🏻 well done!

Thank you for the encouragement. i am 47 years old, and are struggling something crazy to shed the weight! Previously when i was younger, i could do cal counts, and lose 3plus kgs the first week, and thereafter 1 or so per week. Now.... i exercise, eat the lessor cal (which i must admit i struggle to keep in the limit, but i force), and i dont have my glass om wine or whiskey at night time, and... i lost a full 200GRAM last week?! So this message was very welcome, i will stick this out, and hope to have a noticeable change in 2 months or so.

wow, that is something to be proud of, it is truly inspiring ad I start my journey on the treadmill as well, 3 min still feels like dying but hopefully I will get there.
