Beautiful Friday & the cool down to a mad & hard training week.
Hamstring has eased only to now have a clicking feeling from either my hip or back. Right calf is playing up a bit now after last nights session.

A nice steady walk with my ci (dog) & then off to just the one gym session - Kettlercise.


Had a great & had Kettlercise session which helped to break my crabby mood. Ended up pigging out for dinner & tea. I will right this off as my off day.
