Diario de newnormal, 16 ene. 20

40 minutes from my "early out" day and so far so good. The last 2 times, special projects derailed me but I'm not going to lose these if I can help it. An afternoon off with out using vacation days? I'm all over that.

Food plan is good and sticking to it. No change this am (waiting for my body to catch up between intake and outgo) on the weight so didn't log it. Tomorrow is soon enough for an update so it doesn't drive me crazy for no reason to see the stalemate between the scale and the food.

Thinking about going to see a movie this afternoon. Haven't done that in a while. Something to get me out of the house (voluntarily) that isn't for errands would be good.
