Assuming you are tracking all your intake accurately, I'd say you need to eat MORE throughout the day. Throw in some snacks in between meals, such as celery dipped in hummus, a low-fat string cheese, or some almonds. Also cut out ALL alcohol, especially beer. If you must drink, go for a glass or two of wine, preferably red. And be wary of fruity drinks that seem healthy but are actually loaded with sugar, such as orange, grape, and apple juice.
