Diario de Naiomy, 30 ago. 10

Well this weekend i over did it but it felt good to just relax. I already know i plan to work hard this week... spending every afternoon at the gym and keeping up with my morning work outs...

this week i could honestly say for the first time in all this i really felt smaller... and felt happy with myself. I know the goal i chose will work out perfect for me and i'll be happy to maintain it. my body is changing for the better and i'm really happy to put in the work to improve it even more.
